777ck Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "777ck", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the 777ck online gaming platform, accessible at 777ck.im and any associated subdomains or applications.
• "Platform" — refers to the 777ck website, mobile browser interface, and any software or services we provide to enable gaming and betting activity.
• "You", "User", "Member", "Player" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or otherwise accesses or uses our services.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a User on the Platform, used to access gaming services, manage funds, and track activity.
• "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka, the lawful currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — any stake placed by a User on a game outcome or sporting event through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a User under a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real funds.
• "Prohibited Activity" — any action described in Section 8 of these Terms as being forbidden on the Platform.

References to singular include plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes amendments or replacements in force from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 777ck with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

Access to and use of the 777ck Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of use.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing 777ck account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, whether through self-exclusion or operator-initiated termination.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of understanding and accepting financial risk associated with gambling.

777ck reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately, withhold all funds pending investigation, and if the underage status is confirmed, return net deposits (less any winnings) to the payment source used.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. You must not use a false name, a name other than your own legal name, or any misleading contact details.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. If we discover that a User holds more than one Account — whether under the same or different identities — we reserve the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, void all pending bets, and confiscate any balance in the duplicate accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.
• You must notify 777ck support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• 777ck will never contact you to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from 777ck and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

777ck reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or criminal activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the request of regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

777ck processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels may be added or removed from time to time at our discretion, with notice provided on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit is ৳500,000, subject to payment method limits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within four hours of approval during support hours.
• You may only withdraw funds to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team following identity verification.
• All withdrawals are subject to a Know Your Customer (KYC) check. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts may be held pending document submission.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence with respect to that promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless stated otherwise, the wagering requirement for match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Free spin winnings carry a 20x wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds and their associated winnings may only be used on games specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may void the bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• Each promotion is limited to one participation per eligible member, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• 777ck reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time if we have reason to believe it is being abused or exploited.
• Bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of issuance unless a different validity period is stated in the promotion terms.

Players who have been identified as bonus abusers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, use of VPNs to claim geo-restricted offers, or systematic exploitation of low-margin games to fulfil wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent account suspension.

All games and betting markets on the 777ck Platform are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game provider (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) as well as the general betting rules set out below.

• A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted and recorded by our system. In the event of a system error or disconnection, bets that were not confirmed prior to disconnection are void.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User, except where specifically provided for under individual game rules.
• 777ck reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was known to the bettor at the time of placement (i.e., past-posting).
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by verified random number generators (RNGs) for casino games and by live data feeds for sports betting. We do not manipulate or alter game outcomes.
• Maximum win limits apply on certain games and betting markets. These limits are stated within the game interface. Winnings exceeding stated maximum win limits will be adjusted to the cap.
• Cricket betting markets are priced and settled in accordance with official scorecards from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). BPL and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are settled using official tournament data.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the decision of 777ck's trading team is final, subject to any escalation process described in Section 14.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ck Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and may result in legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share information for unfair advantage, or otherwise manipulate results.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform. Any winnings derived from a known software error will be voided.
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials for deposits or withdrawals.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable anti-financial-crime laws.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or claiming restricted promotions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 777ck staff through any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or in any communication with 777ck.

Our aggregate liability to you under these Terms, for any cause of action whatsoever, shall in no event exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your 777ck Account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ck is licensed to operate.
